The **personal corporate experience** table identifies the individuals that have corporate experience with Private Equity (PE) or mergers and acquisitions.

**person\_id (PK)**

Unique ID associated to each Altrata Person. These IDs enable mapping to other tables or other entity IDs within Altrata. Example: 1-per-8690.

**is\_private\_equity\_investor\_leadership\_experienced**

If the person has an experience in a leadership position at a company that invests in private equity, i.e., owns a portfolio of private companies.

**is\_private\_equity\_portfolio\_leadership\_experienced**

If the person has an experience in a leadership position at a company that is/was part of the portfolio of a private equity company.

**is\_merger\_and\_acquisition\_acquirer\_experienced**

If the person has had an experience at their company when it was the acquired company during the transaction.

**is\_merger\_and\_acquisition\_seller\_or\_target\_experienced**

If the person has had an experience at their company when it was the selling company or the acquired company during the transaction.
