Accessing Your Altrata Services

Once you have successfully set your new password, you can use those credentials to access your Altrata services. Where and how you supply your credentials will depend on the type of Altrata service that you have subscribed to. Please refer to the relevant section below for more details.

You can access your Altrata data feed using an SFTP client.

To gain access to the Altrata API you will need to supply an API key in addition to your Altrata service user credentials.
As part of your subscription setup, you will receive an email containing your API key for the Altrata API. Please reach out to your Client Success representative or email [email protected] if you have not received your API key.

The API key email sender is [email protected] and the email will contain:
·        Your username
·        Reference to the type of Altrata service that you have subscribed to
·        Your API key; which will be 40 characters long

To configure the integration for the Altrata Salesforce app, you will need to supply an API key in addition to your Altrata service user credentials.
As part of your subscription setup, you will receive an email containing your API key for the Altrata Salesforce app. Please reach out to your Client Success representative or email [email protected] if you have not received your API key.
