If you were unable to use and change your temporary password within the 24-hour period, you will need to get another system-generated temporary password. Please reach out to your Client Success representative or email [email protected] for help. They can generate a new temporary your password for you.
Once you receive your new temporary password, repeat the steps as described for First Time Login.
Once you have set your own password, you can reset your password at any time via the “Forgot your password?” option in the login screen. You can navigate to the login screen by clicking on the URL in your welcome email.
To initiate a password reset, input your username and click “Reset my password”. You will then receive a password change request email.
The password change request email sender is [email protected] and the email will contain:
· Your username
· A temporary system-generated one-time code
Input the one-time code and a new password to complete your password change request.
