Getting Your Service User Credentials

You will receive a welcome email with your username and a temporary password as soon as you are setup with access to your Altrata Data Service(s).

The welcome email sender is [email protected] and the email will contain:

·        Your username

·        A temporary system-generated password

·        A URL to the login screens
