Customers can now self-serve user administration

Enrichment no longer fails when a name in Altrata's data is missing or longer than the Salesforce Name field allows. Long names are shortened to fit, and a related value such as the job title is used when the name is missing

Announcements that Altrata no longer reports, for example because they were withdrawn or corrected, are now removed from Salesforce at the next update.

PersonalAddress now returns addressLine and zip. Both are filled in by advancedPersonSearch and personIDSearch, and are always null on personSearch.

TitleCategoryDetail now returns roleGroupCategories: every Altrata committee category that a disclosed committee maps to. For example, a Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee maps to both Nominating Committee and Corporate Governance Committee.

New Background Job Execution and Credential Management permission sets for Salesforce Integration user licences, so Altrata's scheduled jobs can run as an integration user.

Altrata's Account and Contact automation now uses fewer SOQL queries, which prevents 'Too many SOQL queries' errors when your own automation runs in the same transaction.

Bulk conversion in Advanced Search no longer offers records you have already converted.

Records you approve or reject now appear at the top of the tab they move to.

Adding a Contact from Advanced Search now pre-fills its Account.

Job Change Flags now clear automatically after 30 days

The Altrata permission sets now include access to the Interesting Facts field

The Announcement Date and Effective Date labels in Future Announcements were the wrong way round. They are now correct.
